Calvin I don't think that's a dumb question at all. I sometimes use Chamber Mates and shoot 20 gage shells from my 12 gage. From what I read there is some loss of presser/velocity but the wad should expand and do it's job. If there is a problem with doing this I for one would be very interested.

I was thinking he meant the wad actually tipping and causing a bulge??? I think that's what he was warning about with saying all that. I think. But he will let us know. BTW, thanks Calvin. I think you would love the beast.

What a beauty Angel! I would have joined the fray had I been paying attention. Logging too much drill core lately for that I guess.

Thanks Gary. Once I get them moving there is no problem with the follow thru. I would love to have met the man that needed such a Parker. I know of 10-ners that weight less than that.

Dean, I don't understand wad tipping. You must be talking about the under shot wad does it tip let the gas buy and stay in the barrel? How does it tip with pressure holding it to the bottom of the shot? Ask dumb questions why not. ch

Just repeating what I've read and thought I'd pass it along as a possible safety concern.
