Default SHIPPING POWDER QUESTION

I have quite a bit of both shotgun and rifle powder that i am not going to use as i have cut back on my reloading. I would like to sell some of it but can i ship it? I don't know the regulations as they relate to shipping powder. Thanks, Steve
