Tools used for a "Precision Paper Punching Machine." If it's a gun then it's just a PPPM. But then you may want to insure a gun.

I look forward to getting this project under way, like I said I will be traveling till mid November, I have a box of old 8 gauge that say "hand loaded" card says Kirkwood Boston hulls were UMC Arrow #8 but I do not know if they were loaded to those specs, paper shells of course, Gary

Gary, if that's from the lot of Kirkwood 8ga. You got from me, they are very old, perhaps 1915.
