Thumbs up Two thumbs up for Bachelder guns

I just had to share one of the most positive experiences I have have had with any service-organization. Positive, Profesional, and Polite. Just a small job but was treated as if I was a million dollar customer. I could not be any happerier with the service from Bachelder guns.
I sent my VHE 16 gauge to them Monday morning, after talking the Mr Bachelder about what was needed.
The barrel lug had come loose and I needed it reattached and I asked if at all possible if we could get away with just blending the bluing since it was in excellent condition. The response was ship the gun to us and lets see what we can do.

Yesterday morning I received a call from a very upbeat lady letting me know that USPS had just dropped off my barrels, the call was just to confirmed what needed to be done. (I had failed to attach a note)

I just received a call a few hours ago to confirm payment method and verify my address. Barrels are completed and are being shipped out today. From what I understand these were done while some other similar work was being performed.
Now I know that work can not always be done so quickly and am very impressed, but what impressed me the most was the attitude of everyone I spoke with at all levels of the organization.

My experiences with their shop have also been pleasant.... before, during and after the jobs were completed.

His wife is a real pleasure to deal with. Just by speaking with her you know your gun is in good hands.

Brad is the type guy that if he knows what you want it will be done and done right, sometimes it takes a while but you do not rush quality work, Another couple go to guys, Brian Dudley, Chris Dawe, both do great work, Gary

Thumbs up

I received my Parker a few minutes ago. I can not start to properly describe just how pleased I was when I unpacked my VHE and examined the work and tested with snap caps. JOB WELL DONE!!!

Brad is a pleasure to do business with. I don't think a gun is ever placed in a corner as it has always been a quick turn around.

In the world of Parkers:
When compromise is not an option, Bachelder is the only option.

Brad, his wife and staff are terrific. The work is excellent in every respect. Prices are fair and reasonable and I trust Brad implicitly. With a couple of exceptions, Brad has done all of my restoration work.
