Default Wallhanger 10 Ga.

I bought this from a gentleman who said his dad had it hanging on the wall for years. When I got it from him it had been completly painted white except for the stock. It took a few hours of alcohol,me drinking some and rubbing some, for it to clean up. As you can see someone brazed the barrels to put them on face. What should be done to remove the brazing. The stock also needs some repair but the barrels are in great shape. As you can see on the forend I couldn't remove all the paint. Thanks Thomas

to remove the brass you will have to either grind it out or apply heat to remove it...me i would leave it alone...it should not hurt the shooting ability of the gun... charlie

agree with charlie; leave the brazing alone...have her checked out by a good smiith and with his blessing, get some short 10 shells from rst and have some fun!
