Nope, not a Parker but another good maker. Here's a WW2 GI bringback and recent find - 16 bore JP Sauer with 29.5" barrels (75 cm) that full taper-choked 17 and 22 points, about Mod & Imp Mod. Made in 1914, Krupp tubes, 1-1/2" by 2-1/8" by 14-1/4" LOP. Mirror bores and tight as a tick. For those into continental guns she has the large crown stamp and (3) "caveman" stamps.
I’ll do some hunting with her and now I'm all set for Handicap events at the sporting clays club = +5 for a double gun, +5 for external hammers, +3 for a 16 bore. Total 13 added to the score for the Lewis payout.
I haven't been able to beat a certain pair of Master and AA class shooters with their competition restocked hammer guns sleeved to 20-gauge (5 + 5 + 5 = 15 added to their scores); might as well get with the program and run for the Lewis money.
