Andre, I don't think Tom Carter makes screws for hammerless guns. Hammerless screws need to be fitted by a gunsmith like Brian Dudley or others.

Chuck, I have owned several hammer guns and the ones that I owned and assume hadn't been "worked on" had hammer screws aligned 12 & 6 o'clock. I just went to my photo collection and that's what I confirmed to myself before making this post. So, I think hammer screws done correctly are timed as well?

Robin, if l'm reading Andre's post right,he's describing the 2 screws on the bottom of the receiver that are side by side. Hammer guns only have 1 screw on the bottom. Hammerless receivers have 3 screws, 2 being side by side.

I would have thought that hammer screw slots would be aligned on the bore axis like most Parker screws. Wouldn't Tom Carter have to have the receiver to properly align the screws?
