Default !922 Parker 16 ga. restoration

To whom can help me?
In 2013, I started this project of restoring this firearm, but fell short on funds.
so now I'm trying to find out, because I do not remember, who recommended
to me a restoration, expert around rochester New York, The lock up is sound and tight. barrels in great shape, and are in tolerance . The case harding 50% worn, the big problem
someone sawed off the stock and glued a rubber butt pad to it! not a speck of rust, shoots great except length of pull to short. I would like to know who that gunsmith was, he was half of Delgreco
Thanks
Don
