Default Las Vegas Bernfield Gun Show

I went to the Las Vegas antique arms show this weekend at the westgate resort. This is nothing like the big January show but it was still a great show none the less. There were a couple interesting guns for sale including a nice colt double and a w.c. scott double rifle in 500 Express I stared at for a long time. I picked up another stevens 311 .410 for what I thought was a good price. Saw only one parker a grade 0 hammer 12.
The location of the show was somewhat of a concern as it seems to be way to small for the big show in January and the parking is terrible. We will have to wait for January to see what happens.

Hi Eldon,
I was in Vegas in July and went to check out the Westgate. I found the hotel/casino to be a very nice upgrade from the Riviera. I have tables at the January show and the correspondence from the vendor states the venue for Jan 2016 will be smaller but I still expect it to be the best show in the western states. I have attended the Sept show in the past and it has never resembled the Jan show in size or quality. I am looking forward to the January show at the Westgate. I think this year will be a change and a bit smaller but by 2017 it will right back to the size it was at the Riviera.

That's very encouraging Patrick. Maybe we can schedule the Annual Meeting there in the future.
