Default SST & DT stock interchangability?

Will a Parker stock that was originally made for a double trigger gun fit properly on a Parker SST gun? If not, what has to be done? How about visa versa?

As good as any non serial # stock will fit another frame ,the only difference is dig out wood on a DT stock or add it and reinlet to the SST void ....its a gamble ,sometimes they fit beautifully -other times not so much

The selector mechanism housing requires a significant recess be cut into the wood to accept it.

So, if wood has to be removed from a stock intended for a DT gun to be fitted onto a gun with a SST, is the stock then inherently weaker and as a result more prone to cracking at the head?

Not really... if so we would see stocks on single trigger guns failing more than stocks on double trigger guns and I don’t think we have seen that.
