Default Hello folks

I am a new member just wanting to say hello. I just received a new to me parker bros 10ga , size 3 frame , double from 1884, Damascus barrels in mint condition. It even still has the case hardening color on the reciever. It's my second parker as I have a vh with vulcan steel barrel from 1903 I believe but now I'll have to confirm. Looking forward to learning about my new to me shotgun.

Welcome, Daniel. Sounds like you are well on your way! Please post some pictures of your guns when you have time. We all love to see examples of these fine guns.

That's a really nice Grade 2

You can research those patent date stamps to find out what they were for by going to our HOME page and on the left click on Technical Information. In the middle of the top of the page that comes up is Parker Bros. Patents

We would like to see the full view of this outstanding gun. This gun needs a PGCA letter to attempt to see its provenance. Thanks for the pictures.
