Default scratch repair

I have a browning BSS 20 gauge that has minor stock scratches does anyone have a good method for filling stock scratches or make them disappear?

so far permalyn sealer, polyurethane, lacquer, fingernail polish and furniture polish and auto paint scratch pen have not worked!

If there is good advice to gain here, it's best if we can see the scratches you're talking about. Can you post pics?

Sounds like you may have complicated the issue already...

Otherwise, send your stock on a trip to Bachelder's shop. That should solve your problem without too much cost.

I assume the gun has some sort of urethane finish, and if someone can figure out how to fix those scratches, he is in line to make a lot of money

This is for guitars but works for guns too.
