Default Barrel Markings

I believe this is a #1 frame and the weight is 3# 14oz, and patent mean but what are the other markings?

The T with the crescents above and below is the stamp for any of the various Twist Steel or Twist or Plain Twist barrels but not for Stub Twist barrels.

The C and the A are unknown but it is surmised they are inspector’s marks.
