Some chiche's never get worn out.

'You can please all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can't please all of the people, all of the time.'

I would add, ' You can't please some of the people, ever'

"I got mine, now you get yours." Just joking, of course. I had a boss that used that line on his employees at a staff meeting. I made my decision then to bail out at the first opportunity. After 22 years of retirement, I have never looked back. Hunt, Fish, Die.

During one of the past ammo 'emergencies' - during the "O" administration, I think? - CCI was making 2.4million rds of .22LR per day and still couldn't begin to keep up. I've never forgotten that number. Bricks of .22LR were up over $50ea for a while and it seems that's what they're at here in AK now. What a crazy world.

Was in a local gun shop this PM and the guys behind the counter where blaming it on George Soros. I tried to explain that Soros had nothing to do with it but they were convinced.

Obama was the best thing to happened to the firearm industry in the past 50-years. I went out and dropped $1500 on an AR thinking I would flip it six months later for big bucks. LOL. Six months later the market was flooded with AR’s and I could t give it away.

Sure, new. But try to get $1100 for a used one or better yet, try to use it for trade toward something else. I’ve got an LMT Defender 90, paid $1500. Check out the prices for the used ones. You’ll find plenty to look through, all unsold.

JMO that the first part of Mr. Vanderbrink's video sounds a little too nasty for a company that should be sensitive to the market and presumably interested in customers' feedback whether right or wrong. I wonder if his Customer Service and/or Marketing people reviewed the video before it was released? Well anyway, with a significant increase in shooters, one major US company out of the ammo biz for months now, and uncertainties about the future I for one am not surprised at shortages and hoarding. Regarding shotgun ammo and primers, all this may not be a big deal for a chap who shoots at one or two events a year and pops a few caps while hunting small game or at grouse camp or wherever, but it’s a major problem for fellas that shoot clays every week or so at their local club or course. Do the math at 100 to 150 rounds average per week. Net, I and most of my shooting friends have been and are buying what shotgun loading components and shells we could/can find but without paying big premiums.

I agree that the first part of the video he comes across as whining but at least he recognized that it would be more effective to put out a long statement on YouTube vs a long statement in print which half the audience probably wouldn’t be able to comprehend. I’ll give him a “10” for form and a “C” for content.
