Default $4000 12ga Trojan?

Saw this auction, and it made me chuckle....

Unless there is something about this gun I am completely missing...

You can find those kind of things everywhere. There is a BHE 12 gauge on GI right now with a price of $35,000.00.

Rarity is a selling point. Check out picture #10. Look at the lever position. This is a very rare factory left handed Trojan. Where are you going to find another one?

Good call Bill! Surely is a rare bird! I especially like the Meriden installed white line spacers, they really make that gun "pop".

Hahaha, I saw that.... I figured that added 2K just in and of itself.

"This is a family own shotgun that never been fired in my lifetime"

That tells you all you need to know about the price.

It is the white lines that drives the price up. They really set it off.

It would appear that "Mr. Slothy" really is a bit slothy....

I’m always hoping these guns go for ridiculously high prices. But my reasons are self serving.

Reminds me of the old, tired joke about two guys on a street corner, each selling pencils. One has his priced at 10 cents each, the other for $1,000. When questioned about his price, the second guy says, "but I only need to sell one."
