Default wondering about frame size ?

Noticed in the Parker ID and Serialization book that size 1 1/2 frames were sometimes used for 16's but I can not recall seeing one. Are they rare ?

I recently purchased a VH 16 VH on a 1 1/2 frame. Weighs 8 lbs. 30” Vulcan steel barrels. Really swings nice. Wish I was closer to some great wing shooting on waterfowl.

It Sure will but for those hunting AZ where the walks are long and the tempreture is a little warm I prefer a little lighter gun.
That said I hope to shoot some Eurasian doves with it this year.

I sure wish those Eurasian doves would invade North Georgia. There were a few here about three years ago but they left. They ate from our feeder for awhile.
