Default Pretty Redhead

It’s been a relatively slow season (except for the mergansers), but the duck hunting seems to be picking up. This redhead certainly made my day.

Excluding coots or pool doo as a cajun friend of mine calls them, I have never seen a truly ugly wild waterfowl. Redheads are a striking bird though. Really nice pic.
