Default Duxbak Products....

I've been helping promote the newly resurrected Duxbak Company as some of you already know. They've put me on their Pro-Staff now, so I can offer our friends here a 20% off discount code. If you're interested in something off the website just drop me a message and I'll give you my code to enter.

Not all the products are made in the USA but many of them are. Always a good thing!

nice offer Destry

but of course the hat i told my wife to get a back up of for Christmas is no longer available

https://www.duxbak.com/product/the-sportsmans-wool-cap/

Gene Hill said if you like something get two because they will change it or discontinue it - trouble is - both things i have tried to follow his advise on this season disappeared too quick- this hat and the Sealskinz hunting gloves -

oh well

Thank you Destry. There is a wool cap that I want to order now but I really want to get one of their Jones caps (when ever they are released).

No Jones Caps this year. Nobody in the US can seem to get the pattern right. They're working on doing them in house.

That's what they told me when I called them. Once they do get on the shelf they will go fast. Please keep me posted when available.

I got their shell vest a few months ago and it’s hands down the best made piece of hunting gear I own. Kudos to Duxbak for a high quality USA made product.

I have a Duxbak Jones style cap from the 70's somewhere. Pretty sure at parents house stuck in a closet and they never throw anything away. Will be on the look out for it when visiting them. Nobody has probably worn that hat in 25 years.

There has to be some other original duxbak jones hats out there they can destruct and get a pattern design out of, but that might not be the only problem. Will stop there because feel a rant coming on.

Southpaw, my thoughts exactly. Should not be too difficult to find a few old ones that can be patterned.

My rant has more to do with what I and we all probably know about wage, labor, skilled workmanship affecting the quality of the product and price points, especially for textile goods.

Heck if patterning was only problem I would make deal with them and send them my old hat.

Besides my old hat was a deluxe model. It was a camo pattern over had a flap and when folded over or inside out would expose hunter orange. Perfect hat for most hunting occasions.
