I thought it was Wednesday! My bad. Those are the only events on the course Thursday. I’m hoping the sub-gauge and 10g Challenge events are Wednesday. I will find out.

Got in touch with Rick. He said the "dove field" will be set up for practice Wednesday. The small gauge challenge will be shot on Thursday and the main challenge will qualify all day Friday and Saturday morning. Not sure about the 10g?

Okay I’ve asked before about chokes for the course if my memory is correct I was told IC/M was plenty . But for the five stand challenge thing are they typically longer targets ?

Not all of them Craig but Rick generally has a couple with a little length. I would prefer my open tube to be a M on the challenge course based upon the past few years.

Choke is irrelevant. Put the muzzles at the right place and the bird will break, Grasshopper.

The Hammer Gun Challenge will be shot Sunday AM to early afternoon. Shoot to qualify and usually the top 5 or 10 scores from each team will be the official Challenge scores and will determine the Team and individual winners.

The Southern is still on and we even have some folks who weren’t coming changing their minds and coming! Tom Archer and I have been monitoring the situation closely.

I encourage those on the fence to make plans to come. It will be great to see some old friends after a long hiatus

All ahead full! Please make plans to come if you can. Several folks who were not coming have changed their minds.

We're arriving Tuesday late afternoon. Bringing plenty of ammo. Shooting Drake Landing Wednesday AM and everything I can at Deep River Thursday-Sunday.
