Default Christmas Luncheon at the shop !

It's kinda become a regular thing for a group of folks to stop by the shop on a day before Christmas for lunch . This year I made the venison stew from the recipe that was initially posted here . Made pheasent jambalya again . And for the new dish of the year we took Venison Italian Sausage and cooked it with Dirty Rice . In the Pics the stew is in the oval crock pot , the jambalya is in the round crockpot and the dirty rice in the Igloo Cooler . And of course the desert in the square bottle with the black label .

I know the pony express around here has been terribly slow but my invite still hasn't made it here. Yumm!

Very very nice Craig. Suggestions as follows:
1. Freeze
2. Vacuum seal
3. Bring to Southern
4. Seat me by Dean 😄

We had barbeque for our office luncheon and it was good, but some wild game would be awful nice too.

Craig, did you throw the carrots and green beans in the Hunters Delight towards the end? Looks really tasty!
