I'm back...

I've been gone from the forum for quite a while, chasing waterfowl in Washington State. I'm back in the SE USA now and ready to chase quail, snipe and sporting clays.

I've got a Steel Shot Special and a 20 ga DHE, I'll probably get rid of the 12 ga since I'm a 20 ga shooter. There isn't anything I want to hunt down this way that requires a 12 ga though there have been times when snipe jump too far out for the little gun. And I sure am not taking either out into the marsh to hunt marsh hens (clapper rails), that's for sure!

Anyway, it is great to get back to the land where my heart is happiest and hunters are many and respected.

Thank you, sir. Now my challenge is setting up a quail hunt in southern Georgia. Will have to be planted birds since access to real quail country down this way is not existent.
