yes- says VH in the title - but has been changed to PH in the description
specs with weight - a near twin to mine, I expect its a 3 frame as well - nice gun -

Well Charlie - not a one of or really rare
but according to TPS - combining NH and PH 10's there were only 107 32" top lever grade 1 10s with stub twist barrels and another 608 with twist barrels (mine included) - since the PH designation came late in the life span of these grade 1s - i bet there are not all that many of them out there
