Default Hausmann's Classic

I have just taken a look at Ernie's website and there is a posting there that indicates the course being closed as per Governor Wolfs order. No mention yet as to the status of the SxS Classic in June. Keeping my fingers crossed!!!!

I am not hopeful, but I did book my hotel room just in case.

As did I. My glass will remain half full with optimism for this shoot. If it's cancelled I'll top it off with a little Knob and drink my optimism.

That would be very sad, indeed. If it is, we can hope for the Vintagers in September.

Btw, for anyone in the area, I found an open sporting clays course. Owen Station in Delaware, just south of Dover is open. I’d never been there before. It’s a nice clays and 5-stand course, run by the state. It’s also surprisingly inexpensive.

I wouldn't count Ernie's shoot out yet. The way it seems to look is that we have to shut down until the end of April. May is undetermined as yet. Even the feds are saying shooting ranges should remain open.

This shut down is making the Rock Mountain SxS shoot at the end of July look really good again this year. 4 days, plenty of shooting and lots of trophies to win or shoot at a reduced cost "for fun". (That was my blatant self-promotion)

Thanks Mike for the reduced cost for us "fun" shooters.

No problem Eric. We'd rather have you guys come and play in our sandbox than stay away because competition is not your thing. We had a lot of non-trophy shooters last year and expect more this year.

Mike, could you post info on your July shoot, especially the dates. It’s a nice thing the put on the calendar right now.

Joe, if you go to "Non-Parker shooting events, shows & conventions" and open "Mark Your Calendars", all the current info is there.
