In Michigan, if the gun has shells in it you could get a ticket for having a loaded gun in your truck no.matter how nice it is

I would be surprised to learn of any state that allows a loaded gun in a vehicle - unless of course if it is your personal protection piece.

My point was that leaning a gun against the outside of the vehicle is defined as "in"

Actually it is 1972 Chevy Truck Hugger Orange. We were sitting in the shade and not on our stands because it was so hot and no doves. Then the truck is used as another person to shoo them our way.

In the used to be free Old Dominion we can still drive around on the public highway with a loaded long gun in most counties except for those controlled by radicals. On private land they have absolutely no control over it. Deer hunters with dogs absolutely have their guns loaded at all times in their vehicles.

But if "Blackface" Northam reads this I am sure it will be introduced next legislative session.
