50 flats ain’t chicken feed guys. If I were buying that many flats a year I’d ask for a discount too. I don’t get the mindset of not asking for discount on large purchases.

I just heard that Graf & Sons, the importer of Vectan powders will cease importing them because of tariff increases. I am sure RST uses Vectan powder in at least some of their shells along with other imported components. I would not be surprised that RST if feeling the tariff squeeze.

Thirteen bucks a box for RSTs or $4 per box for quality reloads. Hmmm!

Speaking of RST. Has anyone tried the new 2 3/4 inch paper Trap shells?

Took a quick glance at the 16 gauge 7/8 and 1 ounce loads which is primarily
what I use in the RST line. As mentioned earlier in this thread the cost did increase one dollar per box to $12, however the cost per flat is still at $110 which is what they were previously.

So by buying the flat you get the ‘quantity discount’.

I see that Ken. A flat of 2 inch paper is up to $150 but I only use them on grouse and quail so a flat lasts a long time. Better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them.

Well it must not be too big of a hurdle for buyers, they are currently sold out of the paper 2.5 12g spreaders at 150 a pallet. When I looked the other day they were available.

Yes, John, great shells as expected. Have they improved my scores.....? Let's say they haven't hurt them.
