Default Salt Creek Custom Ammo

The owner has just finished testing some short low pressure 12 gauge bismuth loads and they are at 6100psi and 1300fps for 1 1/8 ounce. He is already selling low pressure short 10's on his site. Just in time for us to stock up on for duck season.

That’s quite a trick, 1 1/8 oz bismuth loads at 1300 fps with only 6100 psi. If they say so….

Heres the test sheet they show for it, doesnt say on their website but might be possible with nitro cards and fiber wads as well a shallow roll crimp?

I have chatted a bit with the owner of the company, Keith Gee and he seems be a good guy. He tests all his loads and I trust the results are accurate. I have encouraged him to become a paid member of the PGCA so he can access the for sale section. I think if the people in this group can point him in the direction of a good solid Parker to buy and shoot he will be hooked on vintage double guns which might lead to more short chambered offerings from Salt Creek.
