Will be interesting to see how the final bids match up to the estimates. I am kinda in a small bore shorter barrel mode now so will just be observing

Good luck to Randy and Stan if you decide to bid. I like the 12ga Grade 1 TL hammer gun with 30 Laminate barrels. I placed an absentee bid for a Winchester-----fingers crossed.

That grade 1 gun was very nice. It had a not so well repaired crack in the forepiece. Looked to be an easy correction, though. It’s a nice gun.

Mills, I’m leaning this way, too, and I kick myself for missing a 24” DH 20 (documented) a while back. Great for ‘cock in those Georgia tangles.

More power to the the person that owns the three 40” guns , but I think the appraisal numbers are wishful at best . But I know little if anything

A couple of them had lots of “patina.” It will be a case study in rarity and condition.

The 12 gauge 40 incher is intriguing. I would have to see and handle them in person to see which one fit the best. I would not be buying them to display or keep in the safe

The 10 gauge intrests me since it’s an EH/GH and the longest 10 EH/GH I have is 34” . As does the 8 gauge , but let’s be realistic I buy anymore to shoot and how much am I going to shoot 34” guns much less 40” . Well I do shoot the 34” 8 a bit , but generally 32” is plenty for me .

I was surprised at how well it handled. I could see pass shooting ducks with it.
