I've had this gun sitting in the safe for a few years. When it came to me, it had been cold-blued, and the wood was spray painted with some sort of finish, that never really dried. I gave the man 200 bucks for it, and brought it home. I completely dismantled it, and stripped all of the finish off.
Here's what I got. Wondering what the next step should be. I'm thinking refinish the bbls, and let it go at that. The gun is actually in pretty good shape, good bores, all matching numbers, etc. 0 frame, 28" bbls, DHBP. It retains it's original chokes, and crushes doves like a ball-peen hammer.
It is, at this point, just a shooter, so I'm not worried about value, but I don't want to put a lot of money in it. I would love to have the bbls refinished, if that's not too pricey. Oh, and serial number is 72105
