I just checked the plans a specifications book. According to that, it appears as if the only difference between the lock parts are Regular Frame VS. Featherweight frame. The parts within each type are the same regardless of gauge.

Featherweight frame lockplate top (introduced in 1907 for the 20g; 16s could have either frame for some time thereafter) with the extra screw. Regular frame bottom, with the rounded upper corner. It would probably help the fitting if you can purchase a lock produced near your gun's DOM
