So you're the guy with the ear plugs, the big grin and the strangle hold on a nice mallard.

Glad to make your acquaintance sir! Welcome aboard! We need more young guys and gals to keep this wonderful American tradition going on into the next century. Maybe somebody in your family will fit you out with a nice Parker. You'll never go back!

Again, Welcome!

P.S., I see on either side of you are some other fine candidates that you might want to reach out to; make contact with them and encourage them to frequent this site and get to know us and join us on some shoots in your area. Young people are the future of our sport... without them, it dies a slow death.

Welcome Matt! Ear plugs are a good thing. Just ask my family "hey will you turn the TV up so I can here". My boy won also. I'll have to get him on as well. Good Job ch

Hey Matt,

I'm new here, too, but I think it is great you are getting into the great sports of hunting and shooting! I want to wish you many happy years doing both!

Dean Indicates that "Young people are the future of our sport... without them, it dies a slow death." Amen Dean, well and truly put! Lizard will be getting home from school sometime Monday evening late. We've got a package from the PGCA sittin here for her to open when she does. Can't wait to see her again, and we're lookin forward to a VA Vintagers shoot on 26 May with some of our Parker and Elsie buddies.
Congratulations to all of this years young shooters, and if you can, talk your folks into bringin another first timer out with you the next time you go shootin! The shells might be expensive, but the long term benefits of getting another young shooter away from their IPOD and onto the course are priceless!.
