Default Took a Flyero gb 715509296

Bought this GH 16bore as a knee jerk. Will be a total box of cracker jacks. Obviously cut tubes, but action looks like it might have original color.

Seems like you dont see many gh 16’s around $1k,

Ill report when i get the gun!

It appears that the barrels are from a different, larger frame gun and were filed at the breech to fit the smaller frame... but I could be wrong.

Looks that way to me also. But the frame looked good enough to take the risk. Hope they aeved on the barrels instead of the frame!

If that’s the case, firing pins won’t strike the primer correctly if at all

Hoping it's a large frame 16, but all will be answered when it's in my hands. The case colors look right, and the butt is correct, although a LOT more worn than the receiver looks. We shall see.

The case colors are NOT original. And neither is the wood by my guess.

Dont take this the wrong way here, but that gun is a total mess assemblance of misc parts. You likely flushed your money right down the drain.

The barrels are aftermarket and who knows if they are the correct frame size or not. If they are not, the gun is likely completely unusable. Lets pray that they are and horrendous fit issues are as far as that issue goes.

But hey... the seller does describe it as a beautiful Parker with rich bluing. Soubds good to me.

Hmmmm hope I don't end up having to do creative writing myself to sell this thing if it's a mess!

That's the problem with GunBroker and Wild Turkey... bad combination!

You have a 3 day inspection by the listing description, don't be afraid to walk away even if it costs you $50 for shipping. We all make mistakes but the prudent buyer is not afraid to admit it and walk away. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

I was just about to post the same thing. Use the 3 day inspection and walk away.
