[QUOTE=John Walters;222670] MR McIntosh stated that the Fox 20 ga was the best 20 ga ever made in the USA saying it was perfectly proportioned. It was only his choice and I respect his opinion and am sure it is in the running for one of the best American made 20 ga guns they have fewer parts and strong as Tigers breath.

I tend to agree. Some wise-ass recently called 'em:"AS GOOD AS IT GETS..."

Now that's a Fox I could shoot with pride!

If they are going to call it a Fox A grade, it at least needs the trademark deep relief engraving of the A grade. It is hard to imagine this offering will generate much enthusiasm.

Default Tony's Fox

I had one in my hands today at Cabelas Buda Tx. Wouldn't spend my $5K for a Czech looking Fox that is less than plain looking and has no nostalgia look at all. I moved over to a Beretta SS 20 with full engraved false sideplates for same money. No I did not spend any money !! Bought some Winch 20 ga Whitewing shells #7 shot and left . Less than $60 per case.

Had one in hand at Hamburg Cabelas, and not really impressed for the price point. Wood was nothing special, engraving was sparse, nice colors, but???? For 5 bills not in my future.
