Default New member from Ohio

I just inherited a 1884 parker from my uncle. We believe it was my great great uncles. Serial number 40716,frame size 1 barrell 3,10, couldnt find grade. Twist barrell. Going to be great wall hanger. Stock is going bad some rust.

welcome Tom, what part of Ohio are you from? I grew up in Belmont county, and work in Martins Ferry--but now live just across the river in Wheeling. We would all love to see some pictures, and then you could get some good feedback. I'm sure someone will look up the serial number and chime in.

Born in Cincinnati, living in fayette county Washington court house. Ill post pics soon. The gun was 2x uncles from Quincy Kentucky.

You may be in to big a hurry to hang it on the wall especially if it happens to be a 16ga or 20ga.
