Default PLAIN TWIST lifter id help

Hello everyone
This is a great forum but I'm having a really tough time trying to shed light on my father's late wife's Parker Bros hammer lifter. It's believed to be 0 grade 12ga. #10238
Any input would be greatly appreciated and pictures to post would be my pleasure. Happy Memorial Day

That serial number shows in the book as a 12 gauge lifter with 30 twist barrels

We would love to see pictures

Hi Chris! Welcome to the forum. My first Parker was also a lifter, #10250, made in 1877. It was a 0 grade 12 gauge with 32 inch 'Plain Twist' barrels.

What if any is the significance of the "13" stamped on the underside of the barrel near the flats? I have a couple lifters in this serial range and have not seen that before.
