Default Upgrade Project

I came across this today wandering through the interweb thing. It looks like someone put a good bit of work into it before they sold it. I wonder who did the work? I wonder why they quit? I wonder what they intended to build? I wonder what it would take to finish it? I wonder if it would be worth it?

Yeah, that went off the other night. I was kind of surprised at how much it sold for. But it was an ejector gun. I was watching it, and some other items in the auction. They did a pretty good job on getting the beaded fences on there. Fine beads too.
There was a Lefever in the auction too that was a partial upgrade. Likely from the same seller/estate.
