Great edition. Millis I am going to start calling you a Parker EMT! Your passion for putting Parkers back in shooting condition is shared by many. I really enjoyed Parkers in Pulp by John Davis. 1883 was such an interesting year with the introduction of the top lever gun. Reading the news reports of the day helps me understand the era better. The article by Dean was fascinating about the editor's gun. The D hammer gun article was well done, I now am the caretaker of 70578 the gun in Steve Cambria's DGJ article. It would be fun to photograph the guns together some day. Now I need to finish ready the rest of the articles!!!

Got mine yesterday, February 22. Haven't dug in yet, too busy at a box quail shoot and picking up a DHE pigeon gun from the wood refinisher. I'll sit down and read my PP today after cleaning 20 quail and shooting some five stand. This retirement business is rough on a 74 year old body.

Well Done!.JPG

Great job Mr. and Mrs. K.!!! Obviously the "cleanse" worked wonders!!
Unfortunately, Susan tells us that Mikey was wearing his blue blazer and PGCA tie before he plunged feet-first into the pit. Regrettably, thee pairing slated for the PGCA banquet. I guess all bets are off as to what degree of sartorial splendor will be on display in Sanford!

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Susan must have forgotten to take her meds. I don't own a blue blazer or Parker tie!! Vegas odds are 5:2 that someone wears a black leather sport coat, Brae Val shirt, bolo tie and cargo shorts. Vegas also has a line of 8:3 on whether same guy wears moccasins or crocs.

Finally found time to read my copy last evening. Been busy chasing crows and shooting sporting clays this weekend. Thank you Mike and Susan !! You did a fabulous job. Susan makes me nervous now that I know she is a "grammar Nazi", her words, not mine. I'm gonna have to be on my toes at the meeting now and watch the speech. So much pressure.....
