Default Expensive second barrel

Some guy on GI is offering a 20ga repro with two barrels for $6995! Maybe the price is higher cause the butt's been sawed off and replaced with a black pad. But hold on folks there's more... this one comes with an old-style Browning fake leather case. A quick scan of the 70 or so surrounding ad.s indicates that you could get two one-barrel guns in original condition with proper leather case for that. That second barrel must be a humdinger - whew!

Too bad about the case and the sawed-off stock 'cause the wood just about gets me there

Default This fisherman....

Maybe someone wants a used repro with a soft recoil pad all ready to go? Maybe they don't care about the correct case either?, Just something to get in the way. And it is the normal asking price for a combo set! Who knows....it could happen? All bets are off after the last ellection , anything can happen here!

I like how some people hold the lever over when they close the gun to keep the lever closer to the right.

I believe that is an unreasonable price for one which has been molested. But I am amazed at prices being asked for Reproductions in small gauges. I bought cased, 20 and 28 ga. 2 trigger guns, choked Q1/Q2 last year and thought I paid top dollar. People are asking a lot more than that now

Wood's not bad, but it's about $1500 high, maybe even $2000 with the cut stock, wrong case and single trigger. He spells straight (as in stock) "strait." Weird.
