Mike,

Can the main event be entered in both hammer and hammerless or do you want us to choose only one to enter?

Also how many attempts to qualify for the manufacturers challenge?

What time will shooting start on Thursday the 3rd?

Thanks. All my best,

John

John, there are hammer and hammerless Main Events. You are welcome to shoot both if you like. Shoot as many times for the Cup as you want. Only your highest score will be used for the Team of 5. Shooting will begin at 8:30-9:00. We are working on having trappers on every station. We may have to use trappers that travel with the squads on Thursday. BTW, lodging info is on our website NOW and will be on our FB page and on the SxS sites soon.

Default Lodging info for Northern SxS Challenge & Expo

We have booked blocks of rooms in Tunkhannock (15-20 minutes south) at both The Comfort Inn and The Hampton Inn. Both are near restaurants we'd recommend any time and both have easy access to Rt 29 and a quick drive to Rock Mountain. If they book all the rooms early they should be adding more if needed. Here's the contact info-

Make sure to ask for rooms for "Northern SxS/Rock Mountain"

Local Accomodations for 9/3, 9/4 and 9/5 (If you want to stay over Sunday, 9/6, they can book you now, but may run out of rooms early)

Comfort Inn and Suites: 570-836-4100 or 570-836-4111
Room availability:
1 King Bed $109 7 available for each night

2 Queen Beds $109 8 available for each night

Hampton Inn: 570-996-5866
Room availability:
1 King Bed $119 7 available for each night

2 Queen Beds $119 8 available for each night

2 items to add for now. We are adding another trophy for the Main Event High Lady. It is a beautiful hand crafted curly maple burl bowl that will have the RMSC logo, shoot date and "Main Event High Lady" laser cut on the bottom side. I'd also like to add that the PGCA will have a booth in the vendor area!! Autumn Daze will post more about that in the near future.

FYI - The Hampton Inn is not a "pet friendly" hotel.
