Default A Bit Cooler....

....today! The grouse were out and about. I brought home three birds today. I saw seven, shot at four, and got three. Two of them were very well concealed when they flushed and caught me daydreaming. They will be there another day. I surprised myself with a 42 yard shot! My 'pacing paces' are about 39 inches. I counted 42 of them to where the bird was crossing the trail. He was about halfway across (walking) when he must have seen me and decided to make a beeline for cover. How about that! Cheers
