You may ,I wouldnt...I picked that one because its a local program and the Newfoundland accent is pretty mild ,I always get a chuckle when I see a nationally broadcast program from here with the subtitles.

I was just fooling Chris - I have no problem with accents, I've been told that I have one too.

Very nice work! I love seeing these step by step photo logs on bringing a gun back from the abyss.

Chris would you be willing to share your wood finishing process with us & what products you used on this project? The finish looks really nice!

Paul thanks for the kind words ,
it's an oil finish,I use many different kinds ...and they all take time whether it be through the physical application or drying, build up, let harden and sand down (cut back ) over and over ,and over till it starts looking decent .

Dean, if you haven't visited Newfoundland, you must for the generosity, good humour, extraordinary skills and distinction in the arts, prime hunting and fishing, arguably the most educated part of Canada---educated in the real sense of knowing intuitively how to get along and help each other to do worthwhile things (having survived centuries of exploitation). It's my favourite province. Accent is spice.

I don't know about Turrs, but a day with it on the dove field would be nice.
