Would love some help in locating a part that broke rendering the gun to double fire simultaneously!

The part is called the 'cocking slide' on the underside of the receiver.
Mine has split down through the trough.

Has anyone successfully welded this part back together?

Dave, although the part could possibly be welded or silver soldered, I think it would be better and less expensive to just replace it. They turn up on EBay occasionally, or you might check with Brian Dudley here on the forum.
