Default Open Range Movie-did I see a Parker hammergun?

I was watching the movie 'Open Range' for the 5th time the other day and could swear that I saw Robert Duval carrying around a short barreled Parker sxs hammergun. Anyone see this? Makes me wonder how many Parkers are in the firearms lockers of the movie studios. Good move in any event

That is what it looks like to me.

But, the databases say it was a J. Stevens 1878

Kevin Costner uses a lifter in Wyatt Earp. Another good movie

It would be interesting to know how many Parkers reside in the armories that service the movie production companies and what grades etc.

I agree Gary. It also gives the top of the receiver a cleaner look.
