Gary I think you will enjoy Ernie's. Next year shouldn't have the scheduling problems this year has. See you there.
Edgarf enjoy that extra rib this time, next year I'll bring my appetite

Yes Dean, Got tired of not being able to go a lot of places except luxury parks, National Parks are much more fun and beautiful you tear a lot of stuff off the top when you are 13' 4" high trying to get into a lot of Parks, I have a 30' airstream classic, simple to operate and can get into 95% of places, pulling it with a Chevy 2500 Duramax Allison but it will get stuck in the mud! Is there any place at Haussmans that is gravel? Gary

Gary,
Call Ernie by phone. Darryl Middlebrook used to park his much closer to the center of activities right across from Ernie's house. I'll bet he will reserve a place for yours. .

Yup, Daryl never parked in the big field. He parked in the exhibitor's area. However, your rig might be longer than Daryl's motor home. Contact Ernie.

A few pictures of the after-shoot ribs & beer
Daryl being sung to sleep by Harold.
Mike Smith rewarding himself for .410 clay crushing. Chuck sentenced to 15 minutes of Time-Out for punctuation errors. Brett considering trading in a school bus, for a golf cart. The Early bird special. The usual no shows of those in attendance but otherwise engaged, and the ones who really got to enjoy Ribs, beer, and Larry Frey's Kielbasa. There were enough ribs for about 25 people, due in part to the absence of Rich Anderson. |
