Great photos! What a wonderful experience for you and your grandson. Tell us a little about the Brittany?

What did you do with all the pheasants?

We gave all the birds to a great family with 7 kids all of which have biblical names. They actually plucked the birds. Sam and I were hunting with his dad and a friend of mine. I will post a couple of more pics but hope my son doesn't find out. My son was hoping no one would see my friend's dog. She is actually a pretty good little hunter but Hank did most of the leg work, no pun intended. Hank is out of the Nolan Huffman bloodlines. At 1 1/2 years he shows tremendous potential.

I noticed the other dog in the shadows in the kennei.... looks like a big fox or something... sure doesn’t look like your typical bird dog...

Default Dog in the back

The dog in the back is Gus our 90 lb lab. He goes with us and gets a run each hunt. He is strictly a flusher but if you need a brick wall knocked down he is your guy. I apologize for how the pics post. I know the Parkers and other guns we use are only inanimate objects but the smiles they help create are priceless.
