Default First turkey with a side by side

Folks, I absolutely LOVE turkey hunting! It’s my happy place in the Spring woods here in KY. I was lucky enough to finish my world slam last year. I decided to put down my Benelli this year and pick up a Felix Sarasqueta that was used HEAVILY by my grandpa. Trying to learn more about that gun these days. My uncle gave it to me last year. I have so many memories of him rabbit and squirrel hunting with it with me. Anyway, I was lucky enough to harvest both of my birds in 4 days. The gun smoked them. I gotta say, I love hunting with a side by side now! I’m addicted. Lol! I have a Parker that has been in the family since it was made. Think it was around 1893. I posted info on it on this site this morning hoping someone could give me info about it. I’m a newbie on here but glad I found you guys!

Thanks I do appreciate it! Nice to change things up a little. Feel rejuvenated with a new type of shotgun. Lol!

Nice bird Allen. Be careful, they say it's an addiction. I think it applies to turkey hunting and Parkers.
