Default Pre July 4th celebration - Major Waldron's

Another nice summer Tuesday evening for getting together to shoot Parkers and burn some powder on the skeet field at Major Waldron's Sportsman's Club in NH.

Bill Janelle arrived to show his newly acquired Ithaca NID Magnum 10 chambered for the 3 1/2" shell. Absolutely stunning! As you can see in the pictures it has much of the factory case colors and the lacquer still on the frame. 32" barrels and weighs 11+ lbs. Great wood and checkering and it stiil has the original butt plate. (I feel like I'm writing an ad) In any case, this gun is a beast....

Pete Lester on Station one. "Ahhmmmm.... Hey Steve.... what are you doing???"

Steve on Station...

Scott on station two....

"This stations sucks!!!"

"Hey... wait a second.....I didn't say "PULL?" Scott Kittredge to Bob Fabian -- " Hey...sorry Bob.... immediately when you close the action of your gun that means you are ready. This is a new rule .... well... I just made up tonight!

Hey Bill... do you recall wondering where the little chips of broken clays were coming from when you were preparing to shoot station seven?? Check out your buddy!!

Pic of the "NH boys"....

A green clay is BUSTED.... Free round!!

Come on by and bring your Parker to the Major Waldron Sportsman Club located on RT 9 in Barrington, NH for skeet Tuesday nights and trap on Wednesday nights....

I'd love to shoot with you guys but I would get there at about the time you quit shooting. Now, if you had a lighted range *hint - hint*

Bill, that's a beautiful and rare NID... Congratulations!!

You guy's have way to much fun! I love shooting at that place...Now let's see a 4 1/2 hour drive that means I would have to leave CT about 1. Hmmm... Skeet on Tuesdays and trap on Wednesday's. This means I will have to start working 3 day weeks...that's not so bad....

Thanks for the great pictures guy's keep'em coming. And oh ya...I know what it's like to shoot with Scott...

Bill, Congrats on a great find! Duck's in the fall?
