funny that all three screws on the bottom are "timed" ( I know that term will start a spate of discussion) exactly the same...like maybe the back screw might be able to tighten up to straight, and I would try and switch the forward two and see if they are jus backwards....the screws themselves look pretty good.

The screws are, well... screwed. The edges are all rounded over.
