Does anyone know if Dave Purnell still make and sell firing pins? I have an 1882 that needs some.

I believe he quit doing that and Brian Dudley bought out Dave’s stock.

I did not buy dave’s stock. He was making them to order basically. He just gave me permission to go ahead and start offering them since he was wanting out of it.

I have many on hand. $30 each plus shipping.

Default Replacement??

I am looking for help with removing the firing pin and assembly on an 1882 Parker Brother’s shotgun. I for the like of me am unable to figure it out. Anyone know where I can find pictures or an explanation?

Even I was able to replace a firing pin on a lifter. It is not too hard

It doesn’t look hard at all, that’s why I am baffled they won’t come out. The socket rotates with a screw driver but doesn’t come out...
