Default Reports from Las Vegas?

So, what treasures have been found?

The Doctor's gun went to a new home today. A 32" VHE Trap gun came home with me.

I came home with the checkbook still intact. I went there looking for a very specific CH or AH grade and was unable to find it. A couple of the auction companies had some very nice small bore Parker's that are coming up soon. Amoskeag had 3 including 2 410's and a 28 VH. One of the 410's had an especially long BTFE they were stating was factory. Poulin has a really nice DHE 28 on display. Other than the regular large dealers there weren't many folks with Parkers that caught my eye. Member Pat Lien has a D grade 20 with 32" barrels for sale at the show. My search continues for the 32" AH or CH target gun, HINT.....

I am going to bring a very nice 32" BHE in to have it looked at. Not necessarily to sell, but just to get an opinion or three on the originality. (Was it refinished?) It's a 1906 12 ga. with Titanic barrels.
Who would be the best, to get an opinion on the finish?

Josh at Morphys can help with that.

Had a very nice visit with Josh. I really expected him to be quite older, considering his knowledge and experience.
Also had a very nice visit with Jon Kruger, at the end of the show. We've crossed paths quite a bit, at sporting clays shoots. He is quite a gentleman, and a heck of a shot. Retired from SCs for about 3 years now.
Saw Jim Thynne from a distance, but didn't move fast enough to catch him.
Beautiful show, lots of great guns, friendly people. All in all, a very nice show.
I would suggest that in the future, we all wear something to identify us as Parker people.

I shot with Kruger at a shoot in Maryland years ago. He outscored me by a bit, but was a pleasure to shoot with. I didn't realize he retired from NSCA. I've been gone a few years myself.

No Sir. An ejector gun will work. DT's a PG are a must for the time being.
