Default the big 12

went hunting this afternnoon with me in mybottom land this evening...i loaded the parker with a 3 inch buckshot in the right barrel and a slug in the left barrel...we set most of the evening till almost dark...nothing was seen except about 150 robins it sure was not spring time yet...i did not wear enough clothes and when the sun went down i had to crank theside by side up and go to the house....any ways me and the big parker where out for awhile...maybe next time we will dress better....charlie.....

just put the big 12 back in her corner shes setting ready to go go which i hope is soon.... i think the big tens are jelous of her but they do not need to be....the big tens are my favorite gauges....since i was a boy i have stood in awe of the big ten...i will never forget the first 3 1/2 inch magnum shells my dad got....i dreamed of owning one of those big guns for a long while....i get these old roman candles out from time to time just looking and admireing them like i do all my parker guns....you can bet all these big guns and even the big twelves are home run hitters....any of these guns are a ducks nightmare even at 50 yards and beyound....the old 8 ga is not to be forgotten either shes the long range queen of years gone by.....charlie

This sounds like a successful hunt -- you got out into nature, had a great gun at hand, knew you were alive because you got cold, and did not have to drag anything out!

You need to start carrying a camera to capture all those robins for the rest of us to see.
